You can choose to offer discounts if you wish. Notice any item discounts? As the merchant, you can choose to offer discounts..perhaps on close out items or any inventory you wish to get moving. Here the customer also has the option to delete an item. We hope they don't do that though, right? :) Now, this customer may be someone who visited your store earlier and saved some items for later.
