Upon 'Add'ing to Cart, the customer can be displayed a 'Thank You' window, that can include a 'cross-selling' message - clever way to boost sales, huh?

When you try this, you will notice a little 'Thank You' window that is displayed upon adding an item to the shopping cart.  You can choose to display this or not.  This is a great place to do some cross-selling - The message displayed is customized to the product(s) you want to cross-sell - it's totally up to you, if something gets displayed and what it says.

What is even more clever, is that you can have a link here right to the product that is part of the cross-selling message.  Try it out:

Search for the Morning Star flowers in the Wildflower category and add some to your cart.  You will be presented with a Thank You and another marketing message indicating that these look great with the Big Horn Cactus.  Click on the Big Horn Cactus link - pretty cool, huh?
